Beginning in January 2016, the regular meetings of the University Estates Board of Directors will be held the fourth Thursday of each month. The meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The meetings take place at the University Estates Clubhouse on 14560 Worchester Drive. Changes to meeting time and place are posted to the bulletin board in the clubhouse and on this website.

Outcome of the Annual Meeting 2015Tuesday, 22 December 2015
The annual meeting of the University Estates Property Owners Association was held November 19th, 2015. A quorum of property owners were in attendance. During the meeting, association members voted to appoint Richard Muller and Maryam Musanti to the Board of Directors.
