 Homeowners are reminded the minutes of the University Estates Board of Director meetings are available on the website. Minutes are available from 2008 to today. Minutes are posted once approved by the Board.
To protect sensitive information, the minutes are only available to registered homeowners and not available to the public. You must log on to the website with your username (or email) and password to access links to the meeting minutes. Then select the link  Board of Directors Meeting Minutes, Agendas and Updates. Minutes from meetings prior to 2008 should be requested from the Property Manager. |

Revised Design Review Criteria Approved |

The Design Review Criteria for University Estates was revised. The revisions were to address issues with fence pilasters required for fence structures. The new criteria was approved by the Board of Directors during the July 15 meeting. The new criteria and further information is found in the Design Review Criteria section of our website. |
