University Estates

Regular meetings of the University Estates Design Review Committee are held monthly on the 4th Monday of each month. The meetings begin promptly at 6:30PM.  The meeting will take place at the University Estates Clubhouse on 14560 Worchester Drive.

All applications for architectural review submitted one week prior to the planned meeting will be reviewed at this meeting. Please submit Design Review applications to the property manager.

Property owners should review the guidelines established by the Board of Directors. The Design Review Criteria document is available on this website or by contacting our property manager.
