University Estates has employed a private security firm since January 2010. MidCity Special Services provides security to several housing communities, condominiums, rentals properties and commercial buildings in the greater Orlando area. They primarily work our neighborhood in the afternoons, early evenings, and some late nights. Their focus is to detect potential security issues and rectify them before they become serious legal matters. MidCity rotates its officers through its properties to make sure their officers provide fresh eyes to their properties.
The next regular meeting of the University Estates Design Review Committee will be held Monday, May 21st. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30PM. The date has changed for the Memorial Day holiday. The meeting will be held at University Estates Clubhouse.
All applications for architectural review submitted one week prior to the planned meeting will be reviewed at this meeting. Please submit Request for Design Review to our property management company, Sentry Management.
