University Estates

University Estates is a deed restricted community. Owners are required to furnish copies of the Association's documents at the time of sale of the home. Additional copies can be requested from our community association manager (407-788-6700, Office Address: Sentry Management, 2180 W SR 434 Ste 5000, Longwood, FL 32779). Finally, electronic copies can be obtained directly from the Orange County Comptrollers Office at no charge. The Association website also contains copies to be used for reference only.
