University Estates

There are three ways to pay the association dues:
1. Pay with coupons
2. Pay online
3. Use your Bank's online bill pay

1. Pay with coupons
Homeowners receive payment coupons at the beginning of each year. Mail your check with the payment coupon using the envelopes provided. The address to send payment is:

2. Pay online using a check or credit card
You may pay online using a eCheck or credit card. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $9.95 TRANSACTION FEE IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. THERE IS NO COST TO USE eCheck. You can make a one-time payment or setup automatic recurring payments. The payment processing center can be found at: http://www.sentrymgt.com and click on the payment center link at the top of the page.
During the payment process you will be prompted for our association name and your account number.  Your 16-digit account number can be found on your payment coupon sent by the property manager. 3. Use you Bank's online bill pay
You can use you Bank's online bill-pay service. You must setup the homeowners association as a payee. Please complete the bill-pay setup exactly as follows:
