Yes. A Request for Design Review is required to be submitted to the community association manager before you can paint your house. The application should include the planned color pallet for your house. Property owners are reminded there is an approved color palette for exterior painting. Homeowners may obtain a list of colors approved by the Board of Directors from the Property Manager or from this website link: Homeowners may select from these approved colors at Sherwin-Williams stores or take Sherwin-Williams samples of the approved colors to other vendors for comparison and selection of similar colors prior to submitting applications to the Design Review Committee. Colors may also be viewed on the Sherwin-Williams website. The DRC may authorize color variations in shade or tint from different paint and stain manufacturers, but only for those colors approved by the Board of Directors. Four copies of the application are required for proper submission. This application will be reviewed by the Design review Committee and a decision returned within 30 business days (See 4th amendment to declaration of covenants and restrictions for timeline). |
