Regular meetings of the University Estates Design Review Committee are held monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The meetings begin promptly at 7:00PM. The meetings will take place at the University Estates Clubhouse on 14560 Worchester Drive.
All applications for architectural review submitted by the first Monday of the month prior to the planned meeting will be reviewed at this meeting. Please submit Design Review applications to the drop box at the clubhouse.
Property owners should review the guidelines established by the Board of Directors. The Design Review Criteria document is available on this website or by contacting our property manager.
