Document Review, Revision and Preservation Committee (DRRP)

The DRRP is responsible for ensuring all official University Estates documents are properly organized and safeguarded. The committee chairperson will assign documents to committee members for sorting and cataloging which may require scanning into electronic documents and stored on the website or on electronic devices such as media discs.

In addition to the duties above, the committee will meet on changes or revisions to the official documents. From time to time, the official documents become out of date due to changes in our community and surrounding area. This committee reviews the document as well as local, state and federal laws to ensure the changes proposed follow these laws.
