The regular meetings of the University Estates Board of Directors are held the third Thursday of each month. The meeting are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The meetings take place at the University Estates Clubhouse on 14560 Worchester Drive. Changes to meeting time and place are posted to the bulletin board in the clubhouse and on this website.
A copy of the agenda can be found in the Documents section of this website under the Board of Directors Meeting Minutes, Agendas and Updates category. The agenda is posted at least two days before the scheduled meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular business of the Board of Directors of University Estates Property Owners Association, Inc. It is not a meeting of the Members of the Association. Members may speak for three (3) minutes on agenda items but only if they have notified the Secretary in advance of the call to order. There will be no open forum. Any Member wishing to add an agenda item must petition the Board fourteen (14) days in advance of the meeting to allow the Board to research the question or suggestion.
