Maintenance Committee

Members are responsible for maintaining the equipment and structures on UE's common areas. This committee works closely with the Landscaping Committee as roles include maintenance of the irrigation system throughout common areas of the community. The committee oversees University Estates brick walls, the pool/cabana, tennis courts, and playground, street lighting. The committee chairman works with the Management Company and designated independent contractors who execute work and improvements as necessary.
