There was another trespassing/break-in event last night. On Sunday, August 18, 2019 starting at 8:50 P.M., several young men and women were seen on camera trespassing at the University Estates Clubhouse. Some of the people seen on camera were the same people associated with vandalism that occurred at the clubhouse the previous week. The Orange County Sheriffs Office was called. We were able to obtain license plates from the entrance cameras. All information was given to the Sheriffs Office. UE Board members were at the clubhouse until 11:30 P.M supplying them with information. Alcohol beverage containers were also taken to check for fingerprints.
There will be a special meeting of the University Estates Board of Directors today, August 19, 2019 to discuss the vandalism at the clubhouse and security options. The Board of Directors meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. The agenda for this meeting can be viewed at this link: 20190819 Special Board Meeting Agenda Aug 19 2019
